How I work

  • To check my availability, simply fill out the form below with your wedding details and the package that interests you most.

    I'll then be in touch with a personalised quote and all the information you need to decide whether I'm the perfect fit for your special day.

  • Unlike many live wedding painters, my artwork is highly detailed, which means much of the painting process begins before your wedding day. I'll gather a selection of details from you, including photographs of the couple and venue, allowing me to create the foundation of your artwork in advance.

    This means that on the day itself, I can focus on the exciting finishing touches and live elements that bring the painting to life in front of your guests.

    The result is a beautifully detailed piece of artwork, combined with an engaging live painting experience that creates a real wow factor.

    An added benefit of this approach is that your painting will be completed and ready for you to take home on your wedding day. It can also be displayed throughout your reception and evening celebrations, giving your guests the opportunity to watch the artwork evolve and admire the finished piece as part of your wedding décor.

  • I can arrive at a time that works best for you and blend seamlessly into your wedding day. Think of me as just another guest, only with a paintbrush in hand.

    My relaxed approach allows me to quietly capture the atmosphere and final details of your celebration without interrupting the flow of the day, while still creating an experience that guests love to watch unfold.

    I travel across the UK & for destination weddings for an additional fee.

  • Fill out the enquiry form to check availability. A 30% deposit and signed contract to secure your date is required. Please note that dates fill fast, especially during peak wedding season.

  • Each painting is created on high-quality, professional-grade paper, ensuring a beautiful finish that will stand the test of time. Framing is also included in your package, so your artwork arrives ready to display and enjoy in your home from the moment you receive it.

  • Travel throughout the North East of England is included in your package, covering areas such as Newcastle, Durham, Sunderland, Gateshead and Northumberland.

    I'm also available to travel anywhere across the UK, with travel fees typically ranging from £100–£250 depending on the location and distance.

  • Yes, absolutely! I'm more than happy to include additional people in your painting at no extra cost, including children and beloved pets.

  • Of course! I love that and it always gets the best reactions. Just be prepared for a few tears when the surprise is revealed!

  • I provide a questionnaire to ensure you get exactly what you want from your art piece. One month prior to your wedding, we’ll have a virtual meeting to finalise setup, scene specifics, and any venue logistics.

  • I’m fully insured, with a protective mat available for carpeted or historic venues.

  • For an additional fee, your painting can be made into high quality prints for family members and can be formatted for stationary or “thank you” cards. 

    You can also add on any of my other services for a lower price point in addition to this service.
