The Process

From your initial enquiry, you’ll receive my brochure showing you all your options for personalised place cards.
Cards are priced from £3 a card including delivery, and can be elevated with added personalisation, venue illustrations or wedding motifs, just enquire to hear your options!

On booking, I will supply a form for you to fill out with :
Names – Please decide whether you’d like to include first names only or full names.
Images – Please provide a clear image of each guest. These can be sourced from Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, or family albums. You may include up to three images per person if that’s helpful.
Details – This section is for any specific notes you’d like included. You might mention what you’d like guests to be wearing in their illustrations, note any hairstyle changes if reference photos are out of date, or include a pet if relevant. Some couples choose to have all guests illustrated in black attire for a cohesive look, others share reference photos of bridesmaid dresses, or simply leave styling to my discretion, it’s entirely up to you!
Once you’ve gathered and sent over your images, just let me know your preferences, we can then discuss the size and shape of your place cards to see what best suits your ideas. For reference, I offer circle, square, rectangle, and bookmark-shaped designs (the latter being a lovely option for couples who’d like their guests to have a book-themed favour).

Then, I will get to work illustrating your guests to your personalisation & requirements!

Once complete you will receive your illustrations in a special keepsake box.
Place cards are sent with included tracked delivery. You will always receive you place cards maximum of 14 days prior to your wedding.
