From your initial enquiry, you’ll receive my brochure along with a bespoke quote tailored specifically to your big day. Every couple is quoted individually based on your location, guest count, and unique requirements, however I’m often told how refreshingly affordable my pricing feels for such a special experience.

Around one month before your wedding, we’ll arrange a call or Zoom consultation to go through all the personal touches and setup details, ensuring your live illustrations are styled and customised exactly the way you envision.

When your guests arrive, either myself of my trusted assistant will be there to greet them and take a quick photo of each person, couple or family, don’t worry, it’s super relaxed and casual! This lets me capture everyone without needing them to sit still or queue up.

Then, while the party’s in full swing, I work behind the scenes from those photos to create hand-drawn, custom illustrations of your guests. Each portrait takes just a few minutes, and I work quickly to make sure as many guests as possible are drawn during the event. Guests are encouraged to watch and chat throughout.

By the end of the night, guests can collect their personalised illustration, a unique and meaningful keepsake they’ll actually want to take home. It’s both entertainment and a lasting memory, all wrapped into one beautiful favour. All illustrations are A5 in size and wrapped in biodegradable and protective plastic for safekeeping.

Included in your quote you will receive your framed A5 wedding couple illustration in the post following the big day. You will also get the option to upgrade your package to include a fine art piece from your wedding.

Any remaining guest illustrations will also be sent free of charge.
