The prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 or over.

The prize is intended for a wedding taking place on a date on which Scarlett Illustrates is available.

If Scarlett Illustrates is already booked on the winner’s wedding date, any paid competition entries purchased by that winner will be refunded in full and another winner will be drawn.

The date of celebration must be within the rest of 2026, 2027 or 2028.

The prize is subject to the normal practical requirements of providing live illustration at the winner’s venue.

The prize draw opens at 9am on 25/09/26 and closes at 9am 01/10/26.

Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

Following the closing date, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received through both the paid and free entry routes.

Paid and free entries will be treated equally when carrying out the draw.

Scarlett Illustrates will retain appropriate records of the draw and the winning entry.

The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided when entering.

The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot provide the information required to confirm eligibility, or is otherwise ineligible under these terms, Scarlett Illustrates reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

If the eventual winner’s wedding date is already fully booked by Scarlett Illustrates, the winner will receive a refund of all paid entries personally purchased by them.

A new winner will then be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

The prize cannot be resold.

The prize can be gifted to the wedding couple.

The prize is subject to venue access, safe working conditions and Scarlett Illustrates’ standard live illustration terms.

The number of portraits completed live will depend on the wedding schedule, guest interactions, venue arrangements and other practical circumstances.

Any illustrations included within the winning package that cannot reasonably be completed live may be completed afterwards in accordance with the relevant Scarlett Illustrates package terms.

Scarlett Illustrates will only amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Any changes will be communicated clearly to entrants where reasonably possible. Refunds will always be processed.

Entrants may enter the prize draw without making a purchase.

The email must contain:

Full name
Wedding date
Contact email address

Valid free entries will be included in the same prize draw and will have the same chance of winning as an equivalent paid entry.

Free entries must be received before the competition closing date and time.

Only complete and valid entries will be accepted.

Scarlett Illustrates may announce the winner’s first name only, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

Any additional photographs, video or promotional content involving the winner will be agreed separately.

By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Scarlett Illustrates reserves the right to reject entries that are fraudulent, automated, incomplete or otherwise fail to comply with these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
